This is my response to the TRC (Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada) Section 62 i:
“It is important, especially as educators, to understand that these recommendations are just that – “recommendations”.
We are in a crucial time were knowledge transfer from our elders and knowledge keepers is very important – before its too late. Therefore, collaboration is important for the survival of our language and culture for future generations to come.
